The question isn't whether you have one. It's whether it brings you customers, or just sits there. If it's not getting found, you can't edit it, or no one answers when you need a change, that's worth fixing. I'll tell you honestly what's wrong before you spend anything.
Why not just use Wix and do it myself?
You can, and for some people that's right. But a DIY site usually becomes one more thing to manage, and it rarely gets found. I build it to work, get it ranking and readable, and hand it over yours, so it's off your plate.
Will you disappear like the last one?
Price in writing before we start. A real person with a name. The site and all its access are yours. And I'm reachable after launch. If something needs doing, you know exactly who to call.
Do you only build in English?
No. I build in English, Spanish and German. The Costa Blanca is multilingual, and the bigger packages cover two or three languages, so you can reach everyone who is actually here.
Do direct bookings replace Airbnb?
No, and I won't pretend they do. They sit alongside the platforms. The point is to keep your repeat and word-of-mouth guests off the commission, so you keep more of what you earn.
